উপদেশঃ
কানের রোগীর জন্য করনীয়ঃ
- ডুব দিয়ে গোসল করবেন না
- তুলা তেলে ভিজিয়ে চিপে কান বন্ধ করে গোসল করবেন।
- ড্রপ দিয়ে ১০ মিনিট কান উঁচু করে রাখবেন।
গলার রোগীর জন্য করনীয়ঃ
- কুসুম গরম পানিতে লবণ দিয়ে দিনে ২-৩ বার গড়গড়া করবেন এবং নাক পরিষ্কার করবেন।
- গরম পানির বাষ্প নিবেন দিনে ২-৩ বার ১০ মিনিট ধরে Menthol দিয়ে।
- ধূলাবালি ও ঠান্ডা পরিহার করবেন এবং উলের কাপড় ব্যবহার করবেন না।
- ঘনঘন পানি খাবেন
গলার স্বর পরিবর্তন হলে করনীয়ঃ
- কথা বন্ধ ১০ দিন, অতি প্রয়োজন ছাড়া কথা বলবেন না।
- গরম পানির বাষ্প নিবেন দিনে ২-৩ বার ১০ মিনিট ধরে।
- বেশি করে পানি খাবেন।
